Pauline Bourdon
Throughout her 14-year career in live events, sustainability has always been a core part of her work ethos. Bitten by the sustainability bug during her first internship as a sustainability manager for Rocktambule festival in her home country of France, she hasn't looked back since.
Her experience includes working as Tour Manager for Mulatu Astatke and lending her expertise as an Artist Administrator & Accreditation manager to world-renowned festivals: Glastonbury Silver Hayes, Boomtown, Envision Festival and Simple Things.
Working since 2019 as a Sustainability & Social Cohesion Coordinator at Team Love, South-West largest independent production company on Love Saves The Day, Forwards Bristol, Love International and Waterworks. In 2020, she completed A Greener Festival's Environmental Assessor training and started lecturing Events Sustainability at Bimm Bristol.
Since launching Soliphilia in 2021 she has worked with artists, promoters and festivals, helping them challenge established practices with the aim of a greener, fairer, music industry. This year, she was invited to speak on behalf of Team Love at the AIF Festival Congress to present their sustainability impact report to the industry.
